Hi, I'm Mike. I have been on Jim's team since 2007 after graduating from The University of Tampa. I am passionate about my customers and their families. I am priveliged to have built some many special relationships while helping with their insurance needs. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, 2 sons and daughter. You will usually find us cheering on one of our favorite teams from either my first hometown (go sox!) or my new one in Tampa.

I switched gears and joined my father’s State Farm agency after a very successful career in retail management. I enjoy being our Team Leader and helping our agency reach impressive levels of company success by making sure our customers are very well taken care of. I am licensed in Property & Casualty and am proud to represent our agency throughout our community here in Tampa Bay. When I’m not training our team you’ll find me cheering on my alma mater… Roll Tide!

Hello. I began my insurance career more than 20 years in California. The last 12 years have been spent as a State Farm agent team member. I am excited to have joined Jim's team in 2024 and look forward to working with such an incredible group. I love spending time getting to know State Farm customers and what our agency can do to meet their needs. I have been married 54 years to a great man that loves taking on new adventures. My 2 grandkids are my world and I love spending time spoiling them.

I’m a future State Farm agent in training and am so proud to be working with this team! As a licensed insurance professional I take care great care to protect the dreams of our customers, whether they dream of sending their kids to college or buying a private jet! I enjoy educating my customers about how to make sure they are properly insured, it’s something we should never take for granted. In my off hours I like to hang out with friends and cheer for my alma mater, Florida State. Go Noles!

Hi, I'm Lici and I joined Jim's team in 2016. I love working in positive, upbeat environment where we get to help our neighbors every day. When I started I was recently married and new to insurance. My career and family have both grown a lot since then. As the senior account manager I have had the chance to create strong relationships with our policyholders and lead our stellar service team. When I am not in the office I like to spend quality time with my husband and our two sons. I am very proud mama!

Hello! I'm Melissa and I joined Jim's team in July 2020. I was born in Tampa, FL and haven't left since. I love my city! I'm bilingual, my second language is Spanish. When I first started with Jim I had no insurance experience and now I have the privilege of assisting new and existing customers as the Director of First Impressions.

On my free time I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy learning about new places, cultures and people.

Hello, my name is Lady. I became a team member of Jim Cornwell State Farm in 2009. The most important part of my job is listening to what our customers need and making sure those needs are taken care of. I moved to Tampa in 2001 and am originally from Havana, Cuba. I speak Spanish fluently. I love being a mommy to my 3 children. When not with my hubby and kiddos I enjoy reading and working on my photography.

After a long career in the financial services industry I decided it was time for a change. As a customer of Jim's agency for many years I was excited for the chance to join the team. South Tampa has been my home for more than 30 years. I am the proud mom of two children who own their own homes close enough to take advantage of my love for cooking.

I am a Tampa native that is excited to assist the community I grew up in. After starting a career in dental insurance I decided to shift gears and joined Jim's team in January, 2023. I was passionate about finding a career where I can help as many people as possible, and have found that working with Jim and his team. My time outside of work is spent either on the golf course or supporting our local sports teams.

Hi, I started with Jim in January of 2020. As a recent graduate of University of South Florida I was looking for a job but found a career. Since joining the team I have had the privilege of helping many families protect what matters most. Whether it be understanding how an auto policy works or providing life insurance options I take my responsibility seriously and enjoy doing it. When I am not working with insurance and I am working on visiting every major league ballpark in the country.

Hello, I’m so happy to be working with the agency following my career as a paralegal. I’m a Tampa native, a graduate of FSU, a wife, proud mom of a Plant High School teenager, and forever a cat mom. I truly enjoy coming to the office each day to assist policyholders with claims concerns and to strive to make each policyholder’s experience with our office a positive one. I am proud to work with Jim and this amazing team!
